--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6. IDEA TOKENS (VIRTUAL CURRENCY)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.1 "IDEA tokens" are virtual currency used within the Platform for

redeemable for real currency.
6.2 You may acquire IDEA tokens through:
(a) Complimentary Alpha stipend (granted at our discretion);

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.1 "User Contributions" means any content you submit to the Platform,
including forecasts, predictions, comments, ideas, and other materials.
7.2 You retain ownership of your User Contributions.
7.3 By submitting User Contributions, you grant Ideosphere a perpetual,
worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to:

(b) Analyse and aggregate your contributions;
(c) Display your contributions (subject to privacy settings);
(d) Create derivative analytics and statistics;
(e) Use anonymised and aggregated data for research, model calibration,
and Platform improvement.
7.4 During the Alpha period, we will use User Contributions for internal
calibration and testing purposes only. We will not sell or license
individual user data to third parties during Alpha.
7.5 You should assume that your forecasts and predictions may be visible to
other users of the Platform. There is no implied confidentiality between
users.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8. REPUTATION & SCORING SYSTEM
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.1 The Platform includes an experimental reputation and scoring system based
on forecasting accuracy measured against market baselines.
8.2 Reputation is calculated using published formulas based on the Brier
Skill Score methodology. Details are available in our published
documentation.
8.3 Reputation is domain-specific. Your reputation in one category (e.g.,
Science) does not transfer to another category (e.g., Geopolitics).
Excellence in one domain does not imply expertise in another.
8.4 We will not retroactively change reputation scores for markets that have
already been resolved.
8.5 HOWEVER, we reserve the right to:
(a) Modify the scoring algorithms prospectively;
(b) Recalibrate, adjust, or reset reputation scores when transitioning
from Alpha to production;
(c) Correct errors in score calculation;
(d) Invalidate scores from markets later found to be manipulated.
8.6 Reputation scores, rankings, and metrics are experimental. We make no
guarantees of fairness, accuracy, persistence, or consistency.
8.7 Reputation has no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or
exchanged.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
9. MARKETS & RESOLUTION
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
9.1 All markets and forecasting questions are created by Ideosphere. Users
cannot create markets during the Alpha period.
9.2 PROHIBITED MARKET TOPICS: In accordance with applicable regulations,
we do not offer markets on:
(a) Elections for federal political office in the United States;
(b) Sports betting or sporting event outcomes;
(c) Assassinations, acts of terrorism, or harm to individuals;
(d) Illegal activities or outcomes that would require illegal acts;
(e) Any topic prohibited by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
9.3 Market resolution is determined by Ideosphere based on publicly
verifiable information. Resolution decisions are final.
9.4 During Alpha, disputes regarding market resolution will be handled
manually. Contact info@ideosphere.io with disputes.
9.5 We reserve the right to cancel, void, or reverse any market at our
discretion if we determine that manipulation, error, or unforeseen
circumstances have compromised its integrity.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
10. DATA, PRIVACY & CONSENT
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
10.1 By using the Platform, you consent to:
(a) Collection of usage data, forecasts, and interaction metadata;
(b) Algorithmic processing of your data for reputation scoring;
(c) Storage and processing of your data internationally;
(d) Use of anonymised and aggregated data for research and calibration.
10.2 We use zero-knowledge proofs for provenance verification. Individual
forecast data cannot be leaked through our verification systems.
10.3 We will not sell individual user data to third parties during Alpha.
10.4 You may request deletion of your account and associated data by
contacting info@ideosphere.io. Deletion may take up to 30 days and
certain data may be retained for legal compliance.
10.5 A separate Privacy Policy provides additional detail on data handling.

11.5 These confidentiality obligations survive termination of your account
and continue until the relevant information is made publicly available

relief in addition to any other remedies available at law.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
14.1 The Platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos,
and other materials, is owned by Ideosphere or its licensors and is
protected by intellectual property laws.
14.2 These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended
purpose during the Alpha period.

16.3 These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract,

of the possibility of such damages.
16.4 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or

WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS,
CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to
participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
18.6 If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration,
you waive any right to a jury trial.
